Easy Christmas Lights

easy Christmas lightingLooking for a way to give your house some holiday decor without climbing up the ladders and untangling the strands of outdoor lights?  If you have an outdoor lighting system for your home, all the hard work has already been done for you.  Getting your home ready for Christmas is as easy as changing a light bulb!

While we love helping homeowners get ready for the holidays by installing lights along the roofline or wrapped around majestic trees, we also appreciate using what you already have and making it work for you.  If your home has uplighting on the front façade of your home, you can simply purchase red and green LED lamps for your current fixtures. No ladders, no strands, just a quick lamp change.

Replace each lamp with a colored red or green lamp and it will instantly give your home a holiday glow.  We recommend dividing your home up into zones and designating which will be green and red.  An example is looking at the far left side of the home in the picture, the red zone consists of several fixtures creating a really purposeful design to the back and forth of the red and green as you move from left to right in the picture.

We recommend keeping the boxes the lamps come in to serve as a temporary home for your existing lamps and then making it easy to safely store the red and green lamps at the end of the season.  This is something you can reuse every year!

Does your home not have an outdoor landscape lighting system yet?  The great news is that the technology on color-changing systems has come a long way and you can now install a system that every lamp has the ability to change color with just a swipe on your phone!  This makes your home ready for every holiday and not just Christmas!

We are a certified installer of  Haven lighting system and would be happy to discuss how the system could work best for your home.    Please give us a call at 210-710-7737 to schedule an appointment to discuss if this system is right for you.
