As we have posted about recently, we are currently experiencing the time of the year with the shortest period of daylight. Last week we experienced the earliest sunset around 5:30pm and in a few weeks we will have a day with the shortest amount of daylight for the year with only ~10 hours of daylight. Warm LED down lighting Now that daylight savings time has ended, it is getting darker earlier in the evening. And we haven't even gotten to our darkest days which happen during the winter solstice.
