We are looking for an assistant to support the owner of the company including:
o Assist with project tracking and revenue per man hour
o Special projects research and implementation
o Assists with data entry of personnel hours and time sheets
o Performs general secretarial and clerical duties, including typing, copying, e-mailing, scanning, and filing correspondence
o Prepares monthly and quarterly reports
o May help with some invoicing and service call scheduling and customer correspondence
o May coordinate calendars, schedules, meetings, training, and travel arrangements
o Receives and manages incoming and outgoing materials inventories, Including returns and credits.
o Prepares job materials for each project
Job Qualifications:
o High school diploma
o Two years of experience in clerical work or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
o Valid class ”C” TX Driver License or ability to obtain one within 30 days after becoming a resident of the State of Texas.
o Must have working knowledge of filing methods, Business English, and arithmetic.
o Must have knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
o Ability to pass a background check and be trusted with sensitive private corporate information
