COVID-19 Notice to our Customers

Landscape Lighting Guru loves our clients, our team, and doing what we do.  We want to keep doing what we do in a safe and sustainable manner while providing the utmost care and professionalism for all involved.  Because of this, we’ve made some changes to the way we operate effective immediately.

We’ll be keeping our distance.  If we are working at your home, our crew will text you when we arrive and when we leave.  If you need to talk to the team while we are at your home, we ask that you call Darryl directly at 210-710-7737.  If we need to visit in person, please follow CDC guidelines and keep a minimum of 6 feet from our staff.

Every care to keep sites clean and free of contaminations will be taken and we ask that you help by respecting the construction spaces and treat them as such.  A few precautions we are taking including disinfecting door handles of our trucks and office, wiping the tail gates, spraying incoming and unpacked boxes, driving to job sites separately and splitting up crews for larger jobs.

As with all workplaces, if a member on our team is feeling ill, we are encouraging them to stay home and seek medical advice.  If any client is affected directly by the COVID-19 virus, we would ask that you inform us as soon as possible.

We want to keep creating amazing outdoor spaces for you and we want everybody to stay safe in the process.    We are closely monitoring and following the CDC and local guidelines and are diligently following the national, state, and local news to determine if we need to change our course of action.  We will do our best to keep you informed, should our schedule be affected.
